Wow, time really does fly when you’re having fun! I can hardly believe it, but today marks two years since I started this incredible journey of running my online business. It’s been an adventure full of growth, learning, and connection—and I couldn’t have done it without you all.
First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you who has supported us along the way. Whether you’ve shopped with us, shared our posts, visited us at events, or simply cheered us on, your support means the absolute world to us. You’ve helped turn this dream into a reality, and for that, I’ll be forever grateful.
Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of traveling far and wide, from cities up and down the UK to even as far as Budapest! These journeys have been filled with unforgettable experiences and amazing people. Each market, event, and new place brought its own unique stories and memories. Whether it was meeting other like-minded folks, chatting with customers who share our passion, or just soaking up the energy of each new city, it’s been nothing short of inspiring.
One of the biggest highlights has been launching and co-running our very own market—"Uncensored" in Glasgow. It’s been such a rewarding experience to create a space where creators, businesses, and customers can come together to celebrate creativity, individuality, and community. Seeing it grow and flourish has been one of the proudest moments of this journey, and we’re so excited for what’s to come.
Beyond that, another passion project that has become a key part of our journey is the "Behind the Paddle Podcast." Co-running this podcast has been an incredible way to dive deeper into conversations that matter, share stories, and connect with even more amazing people. From learning about new perspectives to celebrating the journeys of others, the podcast has been a source of constant inspiration and joy.
One thing that has always been at the heart of what we do is giving back to our community. Whether it’s through supporting local creators, highlighting important causes, or simply creating spaces for people to connect, our mission has always been about more than just business. It’s about building something meaningful that can make a positive impact.
As we celebrate this milestone, I’m filled with so much gratitude and excitement for the future. Thank you for being part of this journey—whether you’ve been here since the beginning or joined us along the way. Here’s to many more years of adventure, connection, and growth!
